Week number 6 is the week where the Dr. will clear you to “do stuff”. I headed straight to the pool and jumped in, only coming to the surface to grab a touch more air, and then dipping back under.
Quiet. Weightless. Amazing. Quiet.
Quiet used to make me antsy. I liked a good background music playing at all times of the day, but now I cherish a good “quiet”. It’s splendid to hear silence.
When life gets chaotic, it’s amazing how a simple dunk under water can clear your mind. Just 20 min and I feel totally rejuvenated. It’s good stuff. Give it a try next time you need a life break, it’ll help bring you back to center.
