Vanlife Log, day 20. We had been in and out of poor service for the last few hours. I always check reviews on Yelp, prior to patroning any new establishment. But, we needed coffee and this place looked like it would do the job. Luckily, that was a good bet. The Alpine Coffee Cabin was a super good find! We would definitely stop again, if we find ourselves adventuring this way in the future.
We parked the van, placed our homemade window shades in the windows, set the pup up with food and water, grabbed the diapers, baby, ourselves, and walked to the coffee cabin entrance.
A very local vibe welcomed us at the door. A waitress greets us, dinners look up expecting to see familiar faces. They quickly return to their breakfast, when realizing you’re no one. I haveway smile at the situation. Always amused when we are in a new place.
The decor is that of a true mountain. Shiny, natural cut log tables and chairs. A cozy fireplace sits on the back wall, and bear paw prints are on everything.

The Coffee, lattes, and breakfast burrito were huge and delicious. The orange butter French Toast is thick cut and perfectly decadent.
Looking at this picture makes me want that big cup of coffee right now!
