July 19, 2015 by Julie Ann Leave a Comment

July 10, 2015 by Julie Ann Leave a Comment

June 25, 2015 by Julie Ann Leave a Comment

You would think the biggest concern of flying would be going into labor and not having a doctor on board, or not being able to make an emergency landing to get help.  However the more likely concerns are blood clots and dehydration.  Being pregnant puts you at a higher risk for blood clots in general,…

Yoga for Relaxation

February 9, 2015 by Julie Ann Leave a Comment

Once my snow pants were not even pretending to stay snapped, and I found myself holding my breath to bend over and tighten my bindings, we decided snowboarding season was probably over for me.  I needed a new activity.  The RV resort was closing the pool to rebuild the roof, so swimming was out.  The…

Top 8 First Trimester Snacks

February 2, 2015 by Julie Ann Leave a Comment

Your Moms will swear by plain crackers and gingerale, “keep some saltines by your bed and nibble one before you even sit up in the morning”, they’ll say.  That’s fine advice, but not very exciting, and when you don’t feel good, you deserve something exciting! My first 12 weeks were rough.  My sales job was…
